LEVEL UP IN QS PERFORMANCE RANKING FOR RIGA TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY

A QS performance ranking hike for the Riga Technical University. They increased their performance in world rankings 2025.

RTU has managed to get into the top 300 universities with a shared ranking at 285th place. 

RTU made itself the Only Latvian University to get this high position, which also makes it the strongest University in Europe.

Though for QS world university rankings a total of 684 European Universities qualified for the rankings with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology at the first place, Imperial college of London at second position and Oxford University at the third position in the list.

In Latvia, the University of Latvia secured 267th place, Riga Stradins University at 377th position, and the list gets continued till Ventspils University College is 601th position, ranked after RTU.

RTU's contribution to attract students from highest ranked countries abroad. Latvia received a 100 % in this criterion and is ranked 3rd in best universities in Europe. RTU also receives a higher ranking in diversity of international students with a ranking of 93rd and 107th in international mobility in the entire Europe.

RTU‘s also gets recognised among employers with 130th rank, while RTU graduates students after graduation earrings are ranked at 138th among entire Europe.
