Students Can’t Appear for The SAT Exams in their Homes

Although students can give the exam on their laptops, they will still have to come to the exam center to appear for the exam and cannot take it from their homes. If a  student is unable to get their own laptop, the exam center provides one loaned by the college board. Also, there are fixed times when a student has to appear for the exam and not on his own will. If due to some reason the internet goes off, the work is saved on the system and the students can resume once the connection is gained.
