The govt. of Canada cleared their vision about international students by saying that studying in Canada is not a guarantee of having permanent citizenship.
Minister of Immigration, Citizenship and Refugees Mr Marc Miller Mentioned in a Bloomberg interview that study visas do not guarantee PR, said - individuals should come here education and return back to their home country with those skills, he also admitted that this is not the case as of now.
